David Jason Ragin (born August 10, 1994) is an American actor, editor, director, writer and occasional rapper, and is the Chairman and CEO of Cyberstars Entertainment. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Patricia Ragin (née Murphy) (died 2019) and Darrell Ragin (died 2021), and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He has an older sister, April "Deep Aries" Gardner, and younger sister, Ariel Bunkley (née Ragin).
Ragin attended Communication and Media Arts High School, and was a member of the Creative Arts Spirit of Excellence (CASOE) Group from 2008 to 2014, and returned to be the Interim Director from April to June 2016. Outside of acting, David had an unsuccessful career as a rapper from 2003 to 2017 under the monikers Lil Ray and later Lil Ray Ragin, releasing multiple mixtapes during this period. He was also a part of numerous music collectives, including Evolution, GenerRaytion and Drumotatics Music.
Ragin officially established his company Cyberstars Entertainment in May 2020, which is most known for the "Graffiti" superhero series, and the YouTube comedy series "Cyberstars".
