(June 1, 2013) Married her boyfriend of 2 years Scott Campbell at the Marigny Opera House in New Orleans, Louisiana, following a 14-month-long engagement. The wedding was officiated by Rob Corddry. Bell and Campbell met when he played himself on I'm Sorry, Who's Yosi? (2011). The couple became engaged on Bell's birthday in March 2012.

Her mother, Robin Bell, owns the design firm Robin Bell Design. Her father, Harvey Siegel, is a real estate developer.

Was supposed to act in Scream 4 (2011) as Deputy Judy Hicks, but canceled due to scheduling conflicts. Marley Shelton was her replacement.

She had traumatic home birth with both her children. She suffered a brief depression after the birth her son Ozzi in May 2017 who nearly died in complicated childbirth. She was on Zoloft for a year to heal her mental health.
