    • Director, Creator, and Screenwriter

      Adolpho Knauth is the showrunner and head director of the series "How Far He Goes" (Até Onde Ele Vai), a 10-episode drama set to premiere in May 2025 on the UNIVER streaming platform and Record TV.

      He also directed the upcoming series "Paul, the Apostle" (Paulo, o Apóstolo), scheduled for mid-2025, produced by UNIVER and Record TV under the general direction of Leonardo Miranda.

      Knauth is the director, co-writer, and one of the producers of the feature film "Juntos Para Sempre" ("Together Forever"), adapted from the novel by renowned Brazilian writer Walcyr Carrasco - his first cinematic work. The film stars Flávio Tolezani, Fernanda Lavendish, and Rafael Zulu, with appearances by Marcelo Serrado, Ernani Moraes, and Carlos Vereza. Produced by Arpoador Audiovisual, Barroso Pires, Bambolê Filmes, and Otzi Filmes, and co-produced/distributed by Esmeralda Filmes, its release is expected in mid-2025.

      He created and directed the teen musical series "Use Your Voice" (Use Sua Voz), an original HBO MAX production with 10 episodes of 30 minutes each, released in July 2023. The show received three PRODU Awards 2023 nominations, including Best Youth Series, Best Musical Series, and Best Leading Actress.

      Additionally, he directed the HBO MAX special "Nossa Voz", also released in July 2023.

      Knauth wrote, directed, and produced the romantic comedy "Altos e Baixos", currently airing on the Prime Box Brazil channel.

      He also served as assistant director on the Netflix feature film "Lulli", directed by César Rodrigues.

      Knauth directed and produced the teen musical comedy "O Melhor Verão das Nossas Vidas" ("The Best Summer of Our Lives"), released in over 350 theaters across Brazil and nominated for the 2021 Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro in the Best Children's Feature category. The film is available on Amazon Prime Video.

      He directed and produced the series "Por Trás da Música" ("Behind the Music"), aired on Gloob and YouTube, and nominated for Best Digital Content at the 2020 Meus Prêmios Nick (#MPN20).

      As creator, screenwriter, director, and producer, he also developed the 2D musical children's animation "Dó-Ré Mundo", aired in Brazil on Zoo Moo and in over 180 countries through streaming platforms, with versions in Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Latin American Spanish.

      Knauth also wrote, directed, and produced the music documentary "Já Ouvi Falar", broadcast on Music Box Brazil.

      He was assistant director on the telenovela "Escrava Mãe" (Record TV) and the crime series "Na Mira do Crime", produced for Record TV, FOX, and FX.

      From 2013 to 2018, Knauth directed and produced branded content and commercials for major brands such as L'Oréal, Red Bull, Natura, TIM, Coca-Cola Brasil, Toddy, and Estácio. He also directed music videos for prominent national and international artists, including Emicida, Arlindo Cruz, Daniel, Thalía, Sophia Abrahão, and Micael Borges.

      In 2008, he directed and produced the short film "Drinks Desejos Desvios", screened at several national and international festivals.

      Between 2007 and 2013, he worked as assistant director on telenovelas and TV series for Record TV.

      He is currently developing new projects for streaming platforms.
