Biography

Avery Masselink is a Dutch-Canadian actress with a rich, international upbringing, from Vancouver, Canada, and raised between Dublin and Vancouver. Her passion for storytelling led her to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, where she honed her craft in both film and theatre.

Beyond the screen and stage, Avery is a dedicated writer with training in creative writing, English, and film studies from the University of Victoria. Her artistic sensibilities extend into photography-having spent four years studying digital photography while also learning the timeless art of film photography from her Opa, whose wealth of experience shaped her keen eye for detail.

A fluent French speaker, Avery's talents also embrace the world of music, both as a singer and musician. When she's not immersed in creative pursuits, she finds joy in traveling, reading, and expressing herself through cooking and baking. Most of all, she cherishes time spent outdoors or gathered around a table with family and friends-preferably with good food and great conversation.
