Zakiah is of Jewish heritage, and strongly carries that in her identity as a great deal of her bloodline were performers. Zakiah is an actress living with Tourette Syndrome. Though it has not made her journey easy, she believes it truly grounds her, and makes her more honest and free as an artist. Zakiah is going on her 9th year in acting.
