Kapel Furman is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and special effects artist specializing in the fantastic genre. His stories, creatures, and visual effects have featured in over 85 feature films and dozens of shorts. He has written and directed nine short films and four features. His work has been covered by international media including The Guardian, Moviemaker magazine, Variety, Fangoria, Gizmodo, and Sight and Sound. Furman's fourth feature as writer-director, Remanence: A Voltage Cosmic Tale, was presented at Blood Window Ventana Sur, Marché du Film in Cannes, and the Brussels International Film Market.
