George R. Hildebrand is a mature actor based in Cincinnati, Ohio. His journey into acting began in 2021, when he responded to local calls for background roles in independent films. Quickly progressing to small speaking parts, George pursued formal training at Audition Room 513, eventually signing with a local talent agency in the summer of 2022, marking a turning point in his artistic path.

Since then, George has built a growing portfolio across student projects, short films, and feature-length productions. Notable credits include:

. "Sundays With Dad" (2024/25, Alysm Films) - A critically acclaimed short film in which George won a Best Actor award for his leading role as Ben. . "Dogwood" (2025, DF21C Productions LLC) - A full-length period western, where he played the supporting role of Doc. . "In Our Own Time" (2022, Clubhouse Films) - Nominated in five categories at the Cincinnati Winter Film Festival. . "Chickaboom" (2022, Diane/Diana Productions) - Earned George a Best Actor nomination at the Cincinnati Fright Film Festival for his leading role as Dr. Dallas.

Beyond film, George has appeared in television commercials, worked in commercial modeling, and participated in B-roll shoots related to health and senior care campaigns.

Before transitioning into acting, George enjoyed a diverse and accomplished professional life, including work in the funeral industry, heavy steel construction (as a Boilermaker), and more than two decades as a mechanical engineer. He also holds firsthand experience in police, security, fire, and ambulance services.

Outside of his screen work, George is a skilled vintage Lindy Hop, Swing, and Blues dancer. He has served as a DJ, instructor, and lecturer on the history of Lindy Hop, adding another layer of depth to his creative background. With a life steeped in real-world experience, George brings authenticity, maturity, and depth to every role he takes on.
