Biography

David Marchant is an American actor, producer, ex-cop and military veteran from Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts.

David enlisted in the United States Air Force shortly after graduating high School. He joined as an MP in the Security Forces career field but was secretly on a mission to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming an elite fighter pilot, like his childhood hero Maverick in Top Gun, but the universe had other plans in store for David.

After only his initial eighteen months of service, David was hand-selected to serve as an elite member of the Presidential Airlift group in the direct protection and escort of U.S. President George W. Bush & Air Force One at Andrews AFB in Maryland. After proudly serving six years on active duty, including his time on presidential duty and almost a one year tour in Iraq/Afghanistan, he decided to leave the military behind and return to civilian life. David fulfilled his service commitment and separated with an honorable discharge.

Within months of David's return home to Boston, he found himself in the police academy as new recruit. David went on to serve 7 years as a Boston Police Officer and was on duty & on location at the tragic Boston Marathon bombing in 2013. David resigned from the department in 2015.

David decided to pursue entrepreneurship and solely founded Beantown Towing, LLC. which was a 24/7 emergency towing & roadside assistance company. David wanted to make sure that is was not just another average towing company by taking his passion & dedication for helping people to the next level. He partnered with all of the nationwide leading insurance companies, with the priority to truly help people in need, focusing purely on top-notch customer service. His company went on to become one of the most well known and respected towing & emergency roadside assistance companies in all of Boston. Although the business experienced much success early on, David came to the realization that towing was not utilizing his full potential nor was it his true calling so he decided to close the company indefinitely to pursue his deep passion for acting.

David has taken his abundance of professional training & life experience to use in the extraordinary world of imaginary circumstances. He continues to impressively display his range and versatility on camera. The far, David has enjoyed playing a wide variety of roles to include a cop, detective, special agent, security guard, military soldier, theatre teacher, school principal, ex-fling and loving husband, respectively.
