Danesh Akram

Danesh Akram (born 20 May 1986) is an Award Winning Indian film director and screenwriter. Danesh Akram made his directorial debut with a short film" Ye Pyaar Na Hoga Kum"(2019) that he wrote and directed, it's a different type of love story about relationship. As a filmmaker, he has also directed a few more short films yet to be released. He also ventured into mobile film making with an Award winning short film " Ye Dooriyan" (2020). Ye Dooriyaan has been officially selected in multiple film festivals and has won best short film on covid-19, Danesh Akram has been awarded with the best director and for best script award for Ye Dooriyaan at prestigious International film festivals. The film has also won special mention awards in multiple festivals,it is still in it's festivals run. A beautiful love story about two doctors during the nationwide lock down which he also wrote and even edited. As a screenwriter, he wrote for Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kum (2019) and Ye Dooriyan (2020). He has a background of TVC advertising associated with many major brands to name a few is VIVO IPl, Prayaag Sanitary, Rajdhani Besan, Uber, Hdfc, Adobe, Shiv Naresh, Candyman, Dabur, Remitly, Amazon Prime, etc. He also has few music videos released under the banner Zee Music Company as a creative head.
