Meet 35-year-old actor, Leonty McCarthy. Born in Moscow, Russia, and raised in the small town of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Leonty has always had a desire for acting. He got his start working as a background actor with Central Casting in 2019, and has always made the public laugh with his viral funny videos on his social media accounts.

After graduating from High Point University, Leonty worked in sports and entertainment venues (Charlotte, Hornets, Madison Square Garden, UBS Arena). He most recently retired in 2022 full-time from the industry and has his sights on the TV/Film industry. He quickly caught the attention of casting directors and landed his first short film role in the indie horror "Fire On The Mountain" and "Out of Breath." Leonty's talent and charisma caught the attention of industry insiders and he was soon cast in a role with Glamour Magazine Youtube Series "First Date." Shortly after he signed with Bernard Entertainment Management.

In the past year, Leonty has continued to make a name for himself in the industry. He has starred in a number of films, including the romantic "Dear Melina" and the horror-thriller "271 Raeburn Avenue."
