- Mark Turley is a writer from London, UK with a special interest in sport. He has published 6 books, with 2 more on the way, been nominated for William Hill Sports Book of the Year twice (2015 & 2017) and was also listed in the Guardian sports books of the year 2015. Mark likes to explore untold or hidden stories and is attracted to taboos. His first two sports books, about boxing, covered fighters who lose for a living and brain injury.
