- Andrew Bursiaga was born on May 8, 2000, in Wyoming to Jose and Julia Bursiaga, both of whom served in the United States Air Force. Andrew discovered his love for acting and filmmaking at a young age after receiving a camera as a gift. His interest in the film industry grew stronger, and he soon began to absorb as much knowledge as possible through self-education and practice.
During his years at Falcon High School in Colorado and Charles M. Russell High School in Montana, Andrew took theater classes every year to improve his acting abilities. And with significant help from his mentors, Chris and Leslie Evans, Andrew became an official member of the Montana State Thespian Society in 2018. He surpassed 200 hours in theater, and his school won various awards for theater plays such as "Wait Until Dark," "One Lane Bridge," and "Emotional Damage." shortly after moving back to California, Andrew starred as "Black Snow" in the short film The Winter Hitman (2018), which then became a finalist at the Las Vegas Global Film Festival in 2018.
In 2019, Andrew enrolled as a student at Evergreen Valley College studying acting and film production, but he soon found his way into the industry working in the production department on various projects, including Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021), All the Old Knives (2022), Oppenheimer (2023), and many more.
Andrew began stunt training in 2022 with stunt coordinator and instructor Tony Vella. He then joined a project that made him SAG-eligible in 2023 under the Taft-Hartley Act for *Splash City* (???), where he worked as a stunt actor. This allowed him to land action roles in films such as Where Heroes Die (2025), Timberline (2022), and Conquistador Azul (2022).
