Two and a Half Men isn’t exactly a shining beacon when it comes to morally upright characters, with its lead Charlie Harper being a bottomless drunk, but entertaining nonetheless. While many reasonably didn’t find his antics enjoyable, as the show’s prudish comedy wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea, there is one character who is unanimously hated, Zoey.

Making her debut after Charlie Sheen’s infamous exit from the sitcom, Zoey, played by Sophie Winkleman, became a recurring character in seasons 9 and 10, and was presented as Ashton Kutcher’s love interest. But as the story goes, the writer dropped the ball hard with her character, making her one of the most dislikeable figures throughout its 12-season-long run.

The 30-year-old actress joined forces with fashion brand Theory to celebrate the start of the holiday season with an intimate dinner at Quarters loft on Monday (December 9) in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.

Zoey was joined by her Our Town co-star Katie Holmes, her boyfriend Jimmy Tatro, her former The Politician co-stars Ben Platt and Laura Dreyfuss, Ben‘s husband Noah Galvin, Broadway actress Micaela Diamond, and more.

The dinner comes after Theory and Zoey collaborated on a social series documenting a day as she prepared for her critically acclaimed Broadway debut.

The 30-year-old actress opened up about the film during a weekend morning appearance on Good Morning America on Saturday (December 7) in New York City.

Zoey was on the show to promote both the movie and her current Broadway production of Our Town. While Juror #2 has been in theaters for over a month, it’s continuing to gain recognition after being named one of the Top 10 Movies of the Year by the National Board of Review. The film will begin streaming on Max on December 20.

Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 1 wasted no time before throwing the hospital into chaos.

A mass casualty event happened at the worst possible time, but it was a great way to introduce the medical drama’s new era.

The medical cases were almost secondary to the character conflicts, and that’s how it has always been for Med. Hopefully, the rest of the season will be as strong as this opening.

I’m not going to lie, never seen a better cameo (I wish we could bring back “Buzzfeed Unsolved”). The Good Half tells the story of a grieving family when the mother prematurely passes away from cancer. It’s mainly from the point of view of Renn, Lily’s son and her favorite, for obvious reasons. Renn’s an LA-based beat-down writer who has a day job to pay the bills. He gets the dreaded call from his sister and has to return home to Cleveland amidst the noise...

The show followed Jane Levy’s Zoe Clarke, a programmer who suddenly got the ability to hear people’s inner thoughts in the form of musical numbers playing out in front of her.

The show ran for two seasons before being canceled by NBC in 2021. Fans were thrilled when, a few months later, Roku announced that it was saving the series to do a Christmas movie continuation.

Tracker will be down a handler this fall. TVLine can exclusively confirm that Robin Weigert, who co-starred as Teddi Bruin in Season 1, will not return as a series regular for Season 2 of the Justin Hartley drama.

No word yet on how Weigert’s exit will be explained on screen. Both CBS and 20th Television declined comment.

Exclusive: CBS is advancing the development of two single-camera comedy projects, Dmv, from the 9Jkl team of co-creator/showrunner Dana Klein, Kapital Entertainment and TrillTV, and Eternally Yours (working title), from Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, creators/showrunners of the CBS version of Ghosts, and The Tannenbaum Company.

The network has given a pilot order to Dmv and has commissioned a development room for Eternally Yours, both produced by CBS Studios. Port and Wiseman, who have been under an overall deal at CBS Studios since the breakout success of Ghosts, are staying in the supernatural comedy space with Eternally Yours, which revolves around a family of vampires.

The orders are in line with comments CBS Entertainment President Amy Reisenbach made in January and reiterated in June when she said she was expecting to pick up some development rooms and “potentially even a comedy pilot or two” over the summer.
