Dexter: Resurrection has been one hell of a ride and has served fans in ways they couldn’t have imagined. But it isn’t Michael C. Hall’s Dexter Morgan who stole the show, but Krysten Ritter’s enigmatic and hot serial killer, Mia.
A seductive and charming character who infiltrates a serial killer club and ends up setting up a brilliantly carried out mysterious ‘suicide’ setup, Ritter revealed in a recent interview with Collider that Mia’s time in the series might not be over yet.
For me, this role was absolute candy, and I had so much fun doing it. So, we’ll see. Maybe it’s not the end of this character. We’ll see.
While Episode 6 gave viewers a better look at Mia’s motivations and tangled connection to Dexter’s new world, Ritter’s hints suggest that her arc may be far from over...

Daredevil: Born Again underwent a major creative overhaul midway through production, though Muse was always going to be part of the Disney+ series. However, there were some telltale signs that the villain's role was reduced, and it was hard to shake the feeling that we'd been meant to spend more time in therapy with him and Heather Glenn.
Marvel Television ditched Muse's superpowers, but retained his murderous nature. Ultimately, he was defeated by the Man Without Fear and gunned down by Heather, but is that the last we've seen of Muse?
Talking to IndieWire about Wednesday season 2, actor Hunter Doohan responded positively to the notion of reprising the role when Daredevil: Born Again returns to our screens next year with its second batch of episodes.
"I would love that. That character was so fun," he enthused. "I don’t know, one, why people see me as a serial killer so much,...

With production having recently wrapped on its next chapter, Hunter Doohan is sharing whether he'll be back for Daredevil: Born Againseason 2. Season 1 of the Disney+ series served as a continuation of the Netflix Marvel Cinematic Universe title, finding Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock coming out of retirement as a vigilante when Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk is elected Mayor of New York City.
Doohan starred in the show as Bastian Cooper, a troubled patient of Margarita Levieva's Heather Glenn. It's also revealed in episode 7 that Cooper is Muse, the masked serial killer making art with the blood of his victims around New York. The Daredevil: Born Again season 1 episode ended with Muse being fatally shot by Glenn after Daredevil narrowly saved her life.

When Daredevil (Charlie Cox) and Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio) entered the MCU, fans knew the Punisher (Jon Bernthal) wasn’t far behind. Daredevil: Born Again brought the character back to us momentarily with a promise of Bernthal’s return in The Punisher Special, which is currently filming and new set images sees a lethal side of the character that we haven’t seen yet.
The new image shared by photographer Steve Sands on Instagram stories (Via ComicBook) gives us a good look at Punisher and his new costume, Bernthal is seen in full costume, head to toe dressed in black, finished with a tactical belt, and black gloves, as always, a huge, more pronounced, skull symbol is adorned on his chest. Seems like some time has passed since Frank got a haircut before seeing Karen in Born Again.

Henry Cavill will always be known for his role as Superman, but long before he ever starred in Man of Steel, he teamed up with a Daredevil: Born Again star for a forgotten fantasy thriller that’s resurfaced on streaming charts. Cavill stars alongside Charlie Cox and Ian McKellen (X-Men) in Stardust, the 2007 fairytale epic following a young man who makes a promise to the love of his life to bring home a fallen star from a magical land. Despite releasing over 15 years ago, Stardust has returned to global VOD charts, trending in several countries, including Namibia. Stardust was well-liked by both fans and critics, earning a 77% score from the former and 86% from the latter on Rotten Tomatoes. It also grossed $137 million at the box office against a $70 million budget, meaning it fell just short of breaking even.

Filming is currently underway on The Punisher Special Presentation, which sees Jon Bernthal reprising his fan-favorite role before joining Tom Holland in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. A new photo from the set of the highly anticipated project has offered a first look at Frank Castle's updated costume, which is different from the outfit he wore in Daredevil: Born Again. Marvel fans are divided over the new look, with some praising the get-up for its comic-accurate details and others showing a preference for past versions of the iconic outfit.
The image was initially posted on Instagram by Steve Sands (stevesandnyc) before being shared wide across other social media platforms. The last couple of years have seen Marvel Studios embracing more and more "mature" content. The return of players from the Netflix Marvel shows like Daredevil (Charlie Cox) and The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) has necessitated new spaces for those characters to fully stretch. That has, in turn, given rise to more Disney+ shows under the "Marvel Spotlight" banner carrying TV-ma ratings, allowing for a higher dose of violence and other "adult" material.
Still, that's far from the MCU norm, which is why I was a bit surprised to tune into the latest series from Marvel Animation, "Eyes of Wakanda," and find it as bloody and violent as it is. To be clear, this is still well below the line of something like "Daredevil: Born Again." The animated series isn't on the level with "Castlevania" or "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" either, at least when it comes to taking advantage of the format to include gratuitous gore.

Spider-Man fans finally got a big reveal today. Sony has shown the first proper look at Peter Parker’s brand-new suit in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. This comes just a day after a short teaser dropped, showing only quick flashes of the outfit. That short clip still became a massive hit online, pulling in over 77 million views within its first 24 hours.
The new reveal shows off the whole suit, though most of the focus is on the torso. Even with that limited view, fans can clearly see that the design has been updated. Social media is already buzzing with excitement and speculation about the changes.

For everything we do know about Spider-Man: Brand New Day, it feels like there's an awful lot we don't know. As of now, The Punisher, The Hulk, and The Scorpion are all confirmed to appear, but how these characters will interact is a mystery.
When it comes to the heroes, there's a very good chance they'll fight each other before teaming up. If so, how is Frank Castle going to hold his own against Spider-Man and the rampaging Green Goliath?
According to scooper @MyTimeToShineH, The Punisher "will get a major upgrade to deal with the Hulk and Spider-Man." With the Department of Damage Control reportedly set to factor into Spider-Man: Brand New Day, it's not outside the realm of possibility that we'll see Frank don some Iron Man armour, recreating one of his most famous looks from the comics.
There was also some chatter online yesterday evening about Vincent D'Onofrio...

Each of Tom Holland's Spider-Man movies has had a special guest star Marvel character (as if Spider-Man himself isn't enough to get people to theaters). "Homecoming" had Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), "Far From Home" had Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and "No Way Home" had Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and previous Spider-Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield (plus a slight cameo from Charlie Cox as Daredevil).
The upcoming fourth film, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" (which just revealed its first eight-second-long teaser) is not changing the team-up formula. The movie will face the challenge of trying to match the scale of "No Way Home" but it'll face this head-on and at worst go down swinging like Peter Parker does. It's already been confirmed that Jon Bernthal will be appearing as the Punisher in the movie, and he's sure to be (at best) an uneasy ally for Spider-Man. Now,...

Spoiler Alert !!!This article contains spoilers about Eyes of Wakanda
Marvel’s Eyes of Wakanda expands on the lore established in Black Panther, but it also has a surprising connection to Daredevil. The second episode of the animated anthology is set during the Trojan War and focuses on Achilles’ attack on King Priam. Achilles’ army is called the Myrmidons, which is also the name of a prison in the Daredevil universe.
The Myrmidon is a private prison that is handled by Mayor Wilson Fisk after he passes the Power Act in the comics. While season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again is likely to follow a similar arc, we do not know if The Myrmidon will show up in the series. A similar prison called The Raft was shown in Captain America: Civil War.

Cameras are expected to begin rolling on Spider-Man: Brand New Day later today, meaning we may be mere hours away from seeing Tom Holland in costume as the web-slinger.
However, he may not be the only character we see in action in Glasgow, Scotland (which is doubling for New York City).
According to scooper Daniel Richtman, "I heard that tomorrow they'll be filming a big action scene with Punisher and Spider-Man fighting over a Dodc transport convoy." The Dodc is, of course, the Department of Damage Control, an organisation we've seen quite a bit of in Marvel Studios' Spider-Man franchise.
What could Spidey and Frank Castle be fighting over? Well, there's obviously someone in that convoy who The Punisher believes is deserving of his lethal form of justice, with the wall-crawler stepping in to stop his fellow vigilante from killing.

While we've only glimpsed some of the endless (and often dangerous) realities beyond Earth-616, there are still plenty of hidden worlds within the primary reality of the Marvel Cinematic Universe we've yet to discover. Indeed, we get to check out some of them in the animated anthology series "Eyes of Wakanda."
In the show's third episode, worlds collide when a War Dog returns an artifact to Wakanda, only for the Iron Fist of that era, Jorani (voiced by Jona Xiao), to follow him home and attempt to take it back. Naturally, using animation to tell this story allows for much more freedom when it comes to visualizing how the Living Weapon moves and, more importantly, fights. But even after every fist thrown and every kick launched, perhaps the most striking element of the Iron Fist is her appearance -- specifically, the hero's iconic headgear, which has undergone a major change here.

This past weekend's San Diego Comic-Con was one of the worst in recent memory for news (most studios release their trailers before the event), but there are still lots of interesting tidbits floating around for fans of the MCU and Dcu.
We'll start this roundup with a new social post from Superman director James Gunn. The horrifying Mr. Handsome—who acted as Lex Luthor's slave in his pocket universe—has intrigued fans, with some speculating that he might be a White Martian, for example.
In a post featuring several new behind-the-scenes photos, Gunn explained, "Lex created Mr. Handsome in a Petri dish when he was 12 - he was trying to make a human. He didn't come out so well, but he just might be the only one in the world Lex has any true sentiment for, as evidenced by the photo on his desk."

Hawkeye season 2 just got a very surprising update from Marvel Cinematic Universe star Jeremy Renner. As MCU TV shows have been a crucial component of The Multiverse Saga, only a handful of projects have been able to score season renewals, while others have served as limited series. While the Phase 4 series left the door open for both Renner's Clint Barton and Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop to continue, only the latter has been seen since Hawkeye's ending, appearing in The Marvels' mid-credits scene.
In a new interview with Empire, Renner, who had previously spoken about the MCU pay dispute that was preventing him from agreeing to do Hawkeye season 2, dropped a new update about the show potentially continuing. Feeling confident in the way his health has bounced back since his December 2023 snowplow accident, the star feels "my body's getting ready for something" like an MCU return. Renner stated...

Over the last two years, Marvel’s television slate faced a whole lot of shifting, followed by an entire revamping of its structure, and it seems to have finally found its groove. And there’s still quite a few shows on the horizon.
According to Marvel TV head Brad Winderbaum, the studio is now “thinking about television really more like traditional television” — which in some cases means multiple seasons. “Loki,” “Daredevil: Born Again” and “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” are so far the only series to get more than one, though Winderbaum offered hope for “Agatha All Along” and “Hawkeye.”
In the meantime, it’s hard for anyone to keep track of all these series in their head. So, we went ahead and compiled a list for you of every confirmed Marvel TV show currently in the works to premiere on Disney+.

Jessica Jones actress Krysten Ritter opens up about bringing the Marvel Cinematic Universe heroine back for Daredevil: Born Again season 2. As the Marvel-Netflix shows have become properly canon to the MCU timeline, it has paved the way for one of the most exciting returns in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, when the show returns in 2026.
Following the Daredevil: Born Again season 1 finale, Matt Murdock is going to need all the help he can get in order to fight back against Mayor Fisk, who has now outlawed vigilantes in New York City. That will bring Ritter's Jessica Jones back into the fold, marking the first time fans will see her back on screen since the end of Jessica Jones season 3 on Netflix.

Many celebrated his return and called for a full reunion of the original cast, campaigning for several other familiar faces to come back in the Disney+ one-off, which will air in 2026 as part of the McU's Phase Six.
The candid clip (seen below) was initially shared on Instagram before circulating wide across social media. The video shows Bernthal's bearded Frank Castle side-by-side with his old pal as the two join forces once more on the streets of New York. Curtis has always been someone that Frank can rely on, and it seems as though...

Just when everyone thought that Elden Ring Nightreign is out of competition this year, it magically turns the tables and gets back into the game. When it was released earlier this year in May, the gaming community was skeptical about its positioning in the best games list of 2025. Not because the game was unpolished or was too bland for the players. Instead, it was met by one of the most engaging RPGs of all time, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Shockingly, Elden Ring Nightreign has outperformed Expedition 33 by selling more copies on Sony’s PlayStation 5 console. For a game that was meant to be an experiment by FromSoftware, it is a massive win. Perhaps, this little rival victory has silenced the haters who thought Nightreign is over.
Elden Ring Nightreign Is Here to Stay
Despite initial concerns, Elden Ring Nightreign has managed to retain its position ahead of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

A new look at Marvel Studios' 2026 Punisher special shared one significant change for Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle costume. Bernthal is in the midst of an exciting MCU comeback, playing a key supporting role in Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 before being given the green light for his own Punisher Special Presentation. This will come with a few surprising changes for the ground-level antihero.
A set video from Marvel Studios' upcoming Special Presentation for the Punisher revealed a new look for Jon Bernthal's titular character. Bernthal's antihero joined the cast of Daredevil: Born Again in March 2025, donning his classic black look and a new thick beard as he reunited with Charlie Cox's Daredevil. Now, fans will see an even more intense look for this already-scary character.

One former Daredevil star may have just teased their return to the Marvel universe, marking what would be the third Netflix Defenders character to appear in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. The second season of Marvel Studios' skull-cracking streaming drama is set to debut sometime next year, continuing the story of Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock and his continued super-powered pursuits to take down Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.
However, Matt will not be alone this time when he suits up as Daredevil. Several heroes from the character's past have been confirmed to join the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, including Jon Bernthal's Punisher (who will return from Season 1) and Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones. There have even been rumors of other names like Luke Cage and Iron Fist, from Netflix's former Marvel franchise joining the fray, but those remain unsubstantiated.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 took the gaming world by storm back in April, and now, even Marvel Cinematic Universe star and Gustave voice actor, Charlie Cox, might get into gaming for the first time in a long time just to play it.
As part of a Q&a session during GalaxyCon, Cox was asked about Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and then stated, "I need to play it," and also that he needs a gaming console first, and that he is very happy for developer Sandfall Interactive's success because it's a small studio. Cox, along with many fans, thinks Expedition 33 is the front-runner to win Game of the Year this year, which he also described as "really cool" (via GamesRadar+).

Fans of Moon Knight know the show is full of surprises. At the end of season one, we learned something big: Jake Lockley, Marc Spector’s most dangerous personality, isn’t just around – he’s working with Khonshu, the Egyptian god of the moon. Most people thought Khonshu was the biggest problem, always pulling the strings and making the Moon Knight do dark things.
But the last scenes hint at a twist: Jake might be even more dangerous, ready to take control and do things his way. So, if Season 2 ever happens, the big question is clear: Is Khonshu really in charge, or is Jake Lockley quietly becoming the real threat behind Moon Knight’s mask?

It doesn't take a Jedi master to feel the hefty element of pressure when trying to get a foot in the galaxy far, far away. Thankfully, for an actor known for playing a man without fear, that wasn't a problem for Charlie Cox when he auditioned for a "Star Wars" movie. Unfortunately, what was an issue was the added character elements of the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero he'd played for so long that he couldn't shake off, which heavily impacted his chances at joining yet another star-studded franchise.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the star of "Daredevil: Born Again" and the best MCU show ever, "Daredevil," revealed that he was immediately starting to see the perks of going for other jobs outside of Hell's Kitchen. Bullseye (Wilson Bethel) kicked off the first season of Daredevil: Born Again by killing Foggy (Elden Henson) and later attempting to take out Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio), only for Matt (Charlie Cox) to get in the way. The Disney+ series will return for a second season, which Bethel had just finished filming three days before TV Insider spoke with him about his new Netflix drama, Untamed. We, of course, had to ask him about Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. Bullseye and Daredevil’s dynamic is “out of control,” Bethel reveals. Season 2 is “going to be f**king awesome. There are some Bullseye scenes in this new season that are easily the coolest thing that I’ve ever done and that I think are some of the coolest stuff that’s ever been on Daredevil, honestly,” he continues. “I’m incredibly excited. In 2013, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. became the first Marvel Television series developed to be part of the sprawling MCU. In the two decades since, more than 20 shows from the company have graced the small screen, all with varying degrees of success among fans, critics, and on the awards circuit.
In fact, six of the series have won Emmy Awards, and more could follow in their footsteps this year.
To date, WandaVision (2021) is Marvel's highest achiever at the Emmys, earning 23 nominations and three wins for its costumes, production design, and music & lyrics (for the "Agatha All Along" song). The limited series, which reunited Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany's Vision from the Avengers movies, was so popular that it spawned a spin-off series, 2024's Agatha All Along.

Jon Bernthal lit the world on fire earlier this year by returning as Frank Castle/The Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again, and he was even rewarded with a spin-off Spotlight series coming to Disney+ next year. Just Jared has posted the first official photos from Bernthal’s Punisher spin-off, which can be found below. The first photos show Bernthal portraying a more rugged Frank Castle, similar to the one we see at the beginning of The Punisher Netflix series and when Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) first finds him in Daredevil: Born Again. Marvel has displayed a pattern of giving Frank a beard at the start of a series only to shave it at the show’s end, but fans remain hopeful this time around that the scruff is here to stay.

Among all the exciting Spider-Man updates fans have gathered surrounding Tom Holland's next installment, one in particular has certainly come as a shock. Following Charlie Cox's surprise cameo as Daredevil in No Way Home (2021), another MCU star from a Netflix series will appear in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day: Jon Bernthal as The Punisher. Even though his series bowed on the streaming giant back in 2019, Frank Castle's legacy has clearly lived on. The Punisher storyline features a number of standout characters alongside the eponymous antihero, such as the infamous Jigsaw. Also known as Billy Russo, the villain was portrayed in the Netflix show by Ben Barnes, who can now be spotted as the lead in a new series on an entirely separate streaming platform.

Daredevil: Born Again season 2 gets a major update from Wilson Bethel ahead of Bullseye returning in the Marvel Cinematic Universe TV show. Following the Daredevil: Born Again season 1 ending, Matt Murdock is about to face his most challenging MCU arc yet, thanks to Mayor Wilson Fisk.
As vigilantes are now outlawed in New York City, the landscape is changed forever for all the superheroes, with Daredevil: Born Again season 2 set to explore crime-fighters having to run from the law more than ever. Filming just wrapped on Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again, and, in a way, Wilson Bethel still can't quite believe it's a reality. It's not often that streaming series get a second chance at life years after their cancellation on a completely different platform, even if they're as beloved as Netflix's gritty original Daredevil show. Yet, that's exactly what happened earlier this year when, after years of work and a complete overhaul under showrunner Dario Scardapane, the Man Without Fear returned on Disney+ with a vicious first season that brought back the bone-breaking violence and mature storytelling. Bethel is beyond thankful for the chance to get to reprise and build upon his role as Bullseye, but with Season 2, he's taking Benjamin Poindexter to places viewers never imagined and feeling the desire to keep this going for years to come.

Krysten Ritter Knew About Daredevil: Born Again Return For 2 Years; Teases Jessica Jones' MCU Future
Jessica Jones was among the Marvel Television shows cancelled by Netflix when Disney made its plans for a rival streaming service clear.
While the first batch of episodes was excellent, the second and third seasons were not. Most fans weren't too upset when the plug was pulled, but the desire to see more of Jessica has never gone away, and fans spent years campaigning for Krysten Ritter to be added to the MCU alongside Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock.
It's finally happening in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, and it turns out Ritter has been sitting on this secret for the past two years. As you might imagine, "keeping it a secret has been torture" for the Dexter: Resurrections star.
"A long time. It’s either been talked about, in the works, or some state for a long time," the actor shared. "So, keeping that secret and keeping the enthusiasm...

The first season of Daredevil: Born Again was all about superhero comebacks and Marvel Cinematic Universe debuts. While the Devil of Hell's Kitchen was no stranger to appearing on the small screen, he had to wait on the sidelines for a very long time before having the chance to join the same world in which the likes of Thor and Captain America live.
Matt Murdock, The Punisher, Karen Page, The Kingpin, Foggy Nelson, and more are officially back, and they are here to stay. But despite that, not everyone was able to make it into the first season of Daredevil: Born Again. Audiences worldwide turned to the first batch of episodes, wondering if the surprise appearance of Maggie Murdock was on the cards or if Elektra was going to turn Matt's world upside down once again. However, the narrative didn't lend itself to the appearance of these two fan-favorites, which more than explains their absence.

Slowly, but surely, the small corners of the Netflix Marvel universe are starting to make their way back into Marvel Cinematic Universe territory. It all started with Charlie Cox's inclusion of his character Matt Murdock/Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home, as well as the Disney+ series She-Hulk. Eventually, Cox reunited with several of his Daredevil co-stars for Daredevil: Born Again, a spiritual sequel to the Netflix saga that picks up on various story threads from the original series. Now, another character from Netflix's Daredevil will reportedly be making an appearance in Born Again Season 2.

After playing a key role in the original Netflix Daredevil series - as well as Jessica Jones and The Punisher - fans were surprised not to see Detective Sergeant Brett Mahoney return for Daredevil: Born Again.
Mahoney was determined to remain honest in a department full of dirty cops, and even though he was against Daredevil's (Charlie Cox) vigilante methods, he aided Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson in their cases and ultimately came to see the Man Without Fear as a force for good.
Mahoney was instrumental in putting Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) behind bars towards the end of season 3.
Now, fitness coach Naqam Washington has pretty much confirmed that actor Royce Johnson will reprise the role for season 2 of Born Again, which recently wrapped production in New York.

Fans are only eight months away from a historic Marvel Studios Netflix crossover. After years in the super-powered dog house, the Netflix Marvel series are back in the spotlight, with characters like Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock and Jon Bernthal's Punisher leading the charge. The new initiative at Marvel Studios has seen several of these formerly Netflix-exclusive characters/shows dusted off for Disney, with this year's Daredevil: Born Again being the thing to kick this new era off.
These Defenders-centric efforts will only continue to expand within the MCU ranks. Born Again Season 2 has already been confirmed to feature another returning Netflix character in Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones (who led her own Marvel Netflix series for three seasons), with rumors swirling of heroes like Iron Fist and Luke Cage coming back into the fray.

Sadly, as Marvel and Disney exerted more influence, the Netflix shows were cancelled and eventually removed from the streamer. Thankfully, the characters are returning as Daredevil: Born Again has acted as a direct sequel to the Netflix show, with Charlie Cox back as The Man Without Fear.

Dark is a special show on Netflix. Following its debut on the streaming platform giant back in 2017, Dark ran for an intensely engaging three seasons. The show retains an impressive 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, making it one of the most popular Netflix shows of all time.
As the plot of Dark featured a winding maze of alternate realities and time travel, Jonas was verily referred to as Adam and The Stranger during the show’s various periods. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to contend that no character in common parlance has ever suffered as much as Jonas Kanhwald on Netflix’s Dark.
Dark kicked off with the suicide of Jonas’s father, Michael, followed by the disappearance of Mikkel Nielsen. He was consigned to the unenviable fate of being stuck in a time loop, facing the same tragedy no matter what he did to make amends.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 has officially wrapped, with several major actors returning, but a recent social post makes the appearance of some Marvel characters less likely. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is one of the MCU series planned for release in 2026. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will feature another fan-favorite vigilante alongside the titular character. Ever since it was confirmed that Krysten Ritter would reprise her role as Jessica Jones alongside Defenders alum Charlie Cox, fans have been anxious to learn more about the long-awaited return. Scardapane announced the news in a post on Instagram, thanking the cast and crew of the show. "That is a Wrap on Season 2 of Daredevil Born Again," said Scardapane. "Thank you to all who made this something truly special." He then went onto list the majority of the cast and crew behind the series before adding, "Best cast ever. Best crew ever."

A new report has brought up the number of Defenders Disney+ projects in the works at Marvel Studios up to three. After years stranded on Netflix, Marvel Studios revived the Defenders corner of the MCU earlier this year with the debut of Daredevil: Born Again. The R-rated streaming series brought beloved Marvel stars Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio back to their roles from the Netflix Daredevil series, setting up a potential full-on renaissance for the gritty, grounded pocket of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Insider Daniel Richtman shared that a third Defenders-related project is now being developed for Disney+. This new title follows in the footsteps of Daredevil: Born Again (which is set to debut its second season sometime next year) and the Punisher Special Presentation. The formerly Netflix-bound Defenders franchise has been enjoying some time back in the sun at the MCU, with Born Again serving as the launching point.

Earlier this year, we finally got confirmation that Krysten Ritter will be reprising her role as Jessica Jones for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again, and the actress has now teased her return as the hard-drinking Pi during an interview with Screen Rant.
As you might expect, Ritter didn't get into plot details, simply noting that she is "thrilled to be back in Jessica's boots. There's more story for her and it's really exciting."
"Oh, it's gritty," she added. "It feels big too. The crew's amazing. I've had an amazing experience. I can't say anything, but I love being with Charlie [Cox]. It was as if no time had passed. Like, my first day, I was looking around like we're back. But juxtaposing it with Mia [her Dexter Resurrection character] and Jessica has been really creatively fulfilling for me as an artist and just what a big, big banner year I'm having. I...

Well, it looks like that might be it for Daredevil: Born Again set photos for a while. Showrunner Dario Scardapane has taken to Instagram to confirm that shooting has wrapped on the upcoming second season. Reshoots are always possible, but it will now move into post-production.
When Daredevil: Born Again was first announced by Marvel Studios, it was as an 18-episode series. That was soon broken up into two seasons, though we'd later learn that season 2 will consist of 8 episodes rather than 9.
As for a potential season 3, that's been talked about but isn't likely to be confirmed until Disney+ sees how the second batch of episodes performs.
Here's what Scardapane had to say about wrapping shooting on Daredevil: Born Again season 2:
"And that is a Wrap on Season 2 of Daredevil Born Again. Thank you to all who made this something truly special. Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll,...
