Richard Marizy's debut as editor in 2001 on Olivier Dahan's La Vie
Promise signed the beginning of a promising and successful career.
After editing a second time on Olivier Dahan's Scrimson Rivers 2
(2003), he worked on Jérôme Salle's Anthony Zimmer (2005) nominated at
the César Awards for the Best First Feature Film. He was nominated for
Best Editing for La Vie en Rose, directed by Olivier Dahan at the César
Awards and the Satellite Awards in 2007. He then began to work
worldwide on films such as Jérôme Salle's Largo Winch, Christian
Dugay's Jappeloup Eran Riklis's A borrowed Idendity from Sayed Kashuz's novel, Pepe Danquart's Run Boy Run from Uri Orlev's novel and most recently on the international series Marie-Antoinette created by Deborah Davis, Olivier Dahan's Simone: Woman of the Century, about the life of Simone Veil and Widow Clicquot produced by Joe Wright.
