Biography

Emily Brinks is an American Actress from Aspen, Colorado, raised in Baja California, Mexico, and studied for a B.F.A in Performing Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. She has now moved to Natchez, Mississippi to produce with Natchez Film Co. and Natchez Sound Studio.

She is a conservatory trained actress, singer, model, and photographer, while also being bilingual in English and Spanish. She started her training with world renowned Theatre Aspen with Broadway and Julliard choreographers and vocal coaches.

She has had the honor of working with acclaimed directors such as Mark Mylod (Game of Thrones, The Menu), Colin Bucksey (Breaking Bad), David Gordon Green (Halloween), actors such as, Al Pacino, Jamie Lee Curtis, Glen Powell, Gerard Butler, and Anya Taylor Joy, and corporations such as Disney, Netflix, Hulu, Sony, Universal Studios, AMC, Lifetime, and Blumhouse.

Emily is an American actress. She is from Aspen, Colorado and raised in San José del Cabo, México. She spent nearly fifteen years there attending school, horseback riding, competing in gymnastics, practicing photography, and performing in a rock band and being classically trained in piano. At ages eleven and twelve, she played lead guitar and electric bass in the Cabo School of Rock performing gigs around the city every weekend with her garage band.

She returned to Aspen for her high school years and began initiating her acting career. In her sophomore year at age fifteen, she joined her first theatre production and fell in love with the art of acting. Since then, she studied under conservatory theatre programs with world renowned Theatre Aspen, working with Juilliard grads and Broadway choreographers, before finding her way in front of a camera and earning a two year IB Theatre Diploma.

This ignited her decision to pursue a career in acting for film and television and study Performing Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design. During her time at SCAD, she found her love for modeling after she was selected by Ms. Jay from America's Next Top Model for the SCAD Runway Show, and has since worked with brilliant photographers such as Toni Riales and Crystal Flores. She's also trained with vocal coach, Marjorie Searcy, who's trained CMA performers, Grammy nominees, and her own son competed on "The Voice".

She is now a professional actress working in the blossoming Southern film community. During her first years of professional work, she has already appeared dozens films. She has worked with accomplished directors, such as Emmy Award winners Mark Mylod (Game of Thrones) & Colin Bucksey (Breaking Bad), along with David Gordon Green (Halloween), J.D. Dillard (Devotion), and actors such as Jamie Lee Curtis, Anya Taylor Joy, Ralph Fiennes, Nicholas Hoult, Joe Jonas, Jonathan Majors, Glen Powell, Kim Dickens, Coleman Domingo, Jaimie Alexander, Gerard Butler, and the wonderful Al Pacino.

Along with acting, she is now a producer at Natchez Film Co., creating original projects such as short films, features, commercials, and music videos in a state of the art recording facility owned by sound engineer, Grammy nominated producer, and recording artist, Burne Sharp, from the rock band "Bishop Gunn" at Natchez Sound Studio.
