Stephen Downing(V)

Stephen Downing is a graduate of Yale University and University of California, Los Angeles : UCLA School of Law. He produced and wrote Dead by Dawn and has worked on several of the Witchcraft movies.

Stephen has various projects in development and preproduction which include; Ocean, R Culture and Fons Vivus; just to name a few.
