'Point Break' Remake Featurette Shows Off Epic Motocross Stunts
Keanu Reeves, Patrick Swayze, James Le Gros, and John Philbin in Point Break (1991)
Warner Bros.' Point Break remake, arriving this Christmas, takes the same premise of the original classic, featuring an FBI agent going undercover to infiltrate a highly-trained group of thieves. However, instead of the surfing world, the criminals in this remake are all extreme sports athletes, ranging from snowboarding, rock climbing, big wave surfing and much more. Today, Warner Bros. has released a new preview which examines one of these extreme sports, motocross.

Director Ericson Core explains that the motocross sequences were shot in Swingarm City, Utah, which he describes as "the Holy Grail of American motocross riding." We also hear from star Luke Bracey, who plays Johnny Utah in the remake, and actual motocross racer Steve Haughelstine, who explains that no one had ever ridden these "spines" before, and that the racers were getting dangerously close to the cameras during production. This motocross sequence in the film is part...

'Point Break' Trailer #2 Takes Action to the Extreme
Keanu Reeves, Patrick Swayze, James Le Gros, and John Philbin in Point Break (1991)
Following the first trailer from May and an action-packed preview released last week, Warner Bros. has debuted the second full trailer for their Point Break remake, arriving in theaters Christmas Day. Edgar Ramirez stars as the enigmatic Bodhi, who leads a group of thieves that have a far different agenda than most criminals. Luke Bracey plays FBI agent Johnny Utah, who infiltrates Bodhi's group and learns about their path to enlightenment.

You may recall that the first Point Break poster revealed a group of skydivers watching a huge pallet full of money plummet to the ground. We get to see how this scene unfolds in the new footage, which reveals that Bodhi and his crew need to "give more than they take," as he dumps millions of dollars on an unsuspecting village. In addition to the trailer, we also have even more posters which showcase some of the extreme sports in the remake.

'Point Break' Remake Poster and Surf Action Featurette
Keanu Reeves, Patrick Swayze, James Le Gros, and John Philbin in Point Break (1991)
Ever since the Point Break remake was announced, we learned that this new version of Kathryn Bigelow's 1991 classic will still feature Johnny Utah and Bodhi, only this time the story will be set within the world of extreme sports, not just surfing. The first poster released back in May featured a skydiver chasing after a huge pile of money, but today, Warner Bros. released a new one-sheet that brings the remake back to its roots, showcasing the new Utah (Luke Bracey) and Bodhi (Edgar Ramirez) riding a massive wave. The original poster came just one day before the first trailer arrived, so that could mean the second trailer is just around the corner.

In the fast-paced, high-adrenaline Point Break, a young FBI agent, Johnny Utah (Luke Bracey), infiltrates a cunning team of thrill-seeking elite athletes - led by the charismatic Bodhi (&#201dgar Ram&#237rez). The athletes are suspected of...

'Point Break' Remake Highlights a Problem with Today's Blockbuster Films & No, It's Not the Story
The problem with the new Point Break remake has nothing to do with your inability to grow-up. It's doing nothing to your childhood unless you still identify with a man and his mullet. Kathryn Bigelow's 1991 original is still a great film for those of us that saw it when it was released and the fact it was remade into The Fast and The Furious ten years later and is now being remade just shy of 25 years after its original release simply means they're looking to bring a similar story to a new kind of audience, and I'm actually interested in the story they are aiming to tell. As was evident in the trailer and described in the film's plot synopsis, the gang of criminal rogues led by a man named Bodhi (Edgar Ramirez) are killing whoever may be in their way toward "liberating" the world's riches, sending the global economy into a tailspin.

Watch: First Official 'Point Break' Remake Trailer
After a look at the first poster and a couple of teasers earlier today, the first official trailer for the Point Break remake arrives for you to give either a "yay" or "nay". Luke Bracey steps into the shoes once occupied by Keanu Reeves as young FBI agent, Johnny Utah, as he infiltrates a team of thrill seeking elite athletes, led by the charismatic Bodhi (Edgar Ramirez). These fellas are suspected of carrying out a string of crimes that kill innocent people and send the world's economy into a tailspin. Deep undercover, and with his life in imminent danger, Utah strives to prove they are the callous architects of these inconceivable crimes. Ray Winstone, Teresa Palmer and the great Delroy Lindo co-star in the movie which will be hitting theaters on Christmas Day. To be honest, as easy as it is to say we don't need this remake, what with...

'Point Break' Remake First Pictures, Bracey and Ramirez are Utah and Bodhi
Apparently the first look at the upcoming Point Break remake from director Ericson Core was shown during CinemaCon down in Las Vegas yesterday and with that comes the first looks at Luke Bracey and Edgar Ramirez in the film playing FBI agent Johnny Utah and extreme sports enthusiast and criminal Bodhi respectively. The duo are playing roles made popular by Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze in Kathryn Bigelow's 1991 film, and for many this remake is completely unnecessary, but it's set to arrive on December 25 nonetheless. One week after Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens, which is to say... we'll see how this turns out. This updated version will follow a similar premise as the first as a young FBI agent, Johnny Utah (Bracey), infiltrates a cunning team of thrill seeking elite athletes, led by the charismatic Bodhi (Ramirez). The athletes are suspected of carrying out a string...

Rihanna Makes a Splash While Jet-Skiing in Hawaii
Mario Cantone, Zooey Deschanel, Shia LaBeouf, and Jon Heder in Surf's Up (2007)
Surf's up for Rihanna! The Barbadian beauty continued to celebrate her 25th-birthday getaway in Hawaii by flaunting her beach bod as she hit the water, a day after the songbird and her on-off ex, Chris Brown, were spotted escaping together to the island paradise. The pop diva gamely hopped on a jet ski for a day of surf-tastic fun, but this time she traded Breezy for another companion: pro surfer Makua Rothman, who played chauffeur while Ri-Ri crouched behind him holding on during the ride. Rihanna and Brown raised eyebrows earlier this week after the "Diamonds" singer posted an Instagram photo showing her sitting on Breezy's lap, and later, the duo were spotted strolling along the beach hand...
