Matt DiVito lives in Central Massachusetts. He has become an accomplished stage actor. By the age of 18, Matt had appeared in 10 musicals. In 2019, he landed his first lead in the Central MA Onstage version of Elf the Musical. He was cast as Buddy. He received standing ovations at all four performances. His story went viral across Massachusetts and the county on social media. He was featured in Boston Newspapers, Boston TV news broadcasts, Boston Radio shows, and was featured in national newspapers such as USA Today.
At the age of 3, Matt was diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. He has high functioning autism, Tourette's, OCD, and ADHD. Matt has become an inspiration to anyone who knows him. He continues to pursue his dream of being a motion picture actor. He planned to attend college in the fall of 2021 to pursue a degree in acting. He has an amazing singing voice and is always the first actor off-script. He landed his first film in 2021. He is a shopper in "Don't Look Up" (2021) This film is a Netflix production and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Evans, Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchard, Jonah Hill, and Ariana Grande.
He has also appeared in Julia, The Holdovers, Salems Lot, Dexter New Blood and The Instigators. on has appeared in films with Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, Paul Giamatti, Michael C. Hall, Robyn Lively, Ron Perlman, Ving Rhames, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Chris Evans, Toby Jones, and many other well known actors.
Matt graduated from Summit Academy in Worcester MA in 2021. Matt has been boxing for 9 years at Camp Get Right in Worcester MA. He has trained with a professional boxing trainer and gym owner Kendrick Ball. Matt was also a wrestler through 8th grade. Matt wrestled with heart and determination and made it to the state tournament one year. He also won a tournament one year in Chelmsford, MA. Matt has also taken acting classes with Worcester based actor Chris Neville. He also takes acting classes through Boston Casting.
Matt has an amazing memory and is impossible to stump when playing movie star trivia. Matt is a Scorpio. Matt's favorite movie is "The Good Liar" starring Sir Ian McKellen and Helen Mirren. Matt is a huge fan of "Family Guy". Matt is a history buff. He is also a New England Patriots fan and loves Tom Brady.
He has two brothers and a sister. His mother is a Doctor and his father is in sales. He often appears with his father, Jon DiVito in his projects.
