Biography

Ali Tahseen Al-Saffu, born and raised in Finland. Ali grew up in Helsinki with his mother and little sister. Ali's mother (Basmaa) raised Ali and his little sister all alone in a country foreign to her. Ali's father passed away when he was five years old.

While living in Finland, Ali has developed and continues to produce/write and direct short/feature films within his city in Finland and now also in England, combining local talent and local film establishments within his projects. In 2019, Ali traveled to England to pursue his career and achieve a degree in acting at The Plymouth Conservatoire (2019-2022).

Ali's main interest is acting on screen and consistently studying filmmaking to enhance his knowledge within the performance fields. Alongside acting, Ali has gained a lot of knowledge and skill in the fitness fields. At a young age, Ali became a prize-winning martial arts performer, exploring a range of methods: Boxing, Wrestling, and Taekwondo.
