Frank Roessler is the Founder and CEO of Ashcroft Capital, a real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City. Ashcroft Capital is a national multifamily investment firm which seeks to reposition properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations and complete rebranding.
Roessler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and his MBA with a concentration in real estate finance from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. After graduating, Roessler began his career at M&A Real Estate Partners, another national multifamily investment firm. In 2015, Roessler left M&A to pursue his own investment firm.
Frank was born in rural Pennsylvania. He now resides in New England with his wife. Together, they enjoy traveling, expanding their business, and helping others become educated about the real estate industry
