Biography

Born in Haryana, India. Aman Punia's journey into filmmaking began in a small village of Haryana. Growing up with limited access to cinemas, his passion for storytelling ignited as he moved for higher education and spent more time in movie theaters than classrooms.

A 2017 graduate of the Faculty of Film and Television at Pandit Lakhani Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts, is interested in slice-of-life dramas and Comedy films. He draws inspiration from many great directors but maintains a distinct, non-influenced approach to his work captivating cinematic experiences for global audiences while remaining rooted.
