- On December 2, 2005, he and brother Chris Gotti were found not guilty on federal charges of money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Murder Inc. (later changed to Inc.), their record label, had been in a state of limbo since more than 50 government agents raided its offices in early 2003.
