UA is a Japanese singer who has issued multiple albums and singles and collaborated with artists in East Asia outside Japan. While she started her career as a lounge singer, she has branched out to pop and jazz. She has been less active recently possibly due to being a mother to three children. Her alias is Swahili for both 'flower' and 'kill.'
