Pourya Osati was born in 1990, in the city of Kermanshah. He graduated in Documentary Film Directing from IRIB University.
Since 2013, he began his artistic career in the field of film production. He also directed, wrote and edited several short documentaries and fiction films that have received awards in national and international festivals including;
The award for best technical achievement at the "Seventh National Student Festival" for the editing of the short film, "Farash".
Nominees at the festival of Hundred Second Films.
Winner of Best Editing from the Italian Milestone Festival for the short film of "Rahil".
Winner of Best Film at the Accolade Global Film Competition for the short film of "Bedbug".
Nominee at the 17th Image Festival of the Year
