Léo Élise Danse Alós was born in Mexico City (CDMX).
She is an actress and model of Belgian-Mexican nationality, fluent in both French and Spanish at 100%, with an intermediate level of 75% in English.

She began her acting studies in 2019 with teacher Margarita Mandoki at Niños Actores Studio, then continued with teacher Paloma Arredondo from mid-2020 to 2021, and resumed at Niños Actores Studio in 2023, participating in the Actor's Conservatory program which includes training in acting, dance, singing and improvisation. In 2020-21 she took contemporary dance classes.
In 2024, she appeared in an episode of the series "Gringo Hunters" in the role of Chapman's daughter, directed by Jimena Montemayor, produced by Redrum. She also starred in the short film "Oscuro" as a co star Julia, directed by Fernanda Atenea Contreras from INAAD. In 2023, she was part of the movie "Líneas de falla" by Sergio Umansky, in the supporting role of Priscila. She was nominated as Female Revelation Actress for her debut performance in theater for the co star role Iris in the play "Abismo (The Nether)" by American playwright Jennifer Haley, directed by Miguel Septién in 2022, produced by Núcleo Teatro, and presented at Teatro Milán with a cast including Pablo Perroni, Verónica Bravo, Sergio Zurita, and José Ramón Berganza.
