Was raised in The Hague, where her parents danced and choreographed with the Netherlands Dance Theatre. Paul Lightfoot graduated from the Royal Ballet School in London; Sol Leon graduated from the National Ballet Academy of Madrid.
Graduated in 2020 from London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with a bachelor's degree in acting.
