Krzysztof Kalukin was born on 15 February 1945 in Wilno, Wilenskie, Poland [now Vilnius, Lithuania]. He was a cinematographer and director, known for Najszczesliwszy czlowiek (1997), Lot 001 (1999) and Zawodowiec (2002). He died on 1 November 2009 in Gdansk, Pomorskie, Poland.
