Wes Wilson was the poster designer. R. G. Davis was artistic director.
  • (April 12, 1967) The fundraiser, "Appeal IV," was performed to raise money for legal fees for the San Francisco Mime Troupe in San Francisco, California with Jefferson Airplane; Moby Grape; The Grateful Dead; Quicksilver; Messenger Service; Loading Zone and Andrew Stables Group in the cast. Robert Hurwitt, a troupe member, was producer. R.G. Davis was artistic director.
