Chelley Williams

Chelley Williams is an American actress from Flint, Michigan. She moved to Los Angeles in 1988 to attend college and stumbled into acting with a "casting notice" on her school's bulletin board. It was auditions for the film, The Five Heartbeats. They liked her very much and sent her for a fitting immediately. She was unable to make it to the shoot, because she felt obligated to take her school test, with it being her first year in college and all. So in the meantime she studied her craft. She hoped for more opportunities to come her way and they did years later. In 1995 she was on all the up & coming sitcoms and breakout films that made history! Of course, no one knew it at the time. She had the opportunity to meet rising stars, veterans in the industry and received advice from the likes of Whoopi Golberg, George Clooney.
