Muhammad Usman Malik was born on 28 June 2002, in Islamabad, Pakistan and was raised in a middle class family. His father, Sher Ali, is a Government Servant in Pakistan. His maternal grandfather moved to Pakistan. Before Partition his grandfather was Indian. According to Usman, He had aspired to become an actor at a young age and fantasized about becoming a Lollywood film movie star. He received some training at the NCA(National College of Arts) of Acting or Modeling. Although, He was a dispenser, he accepted offers in the modeling industry, which came as a result of his pageant success. In 2017, he was the winner of the year award of NCA for best Model.
