Arif Babayev was born on 24 September 1928 in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, USSR. He was a director and actor, known for The Day Passed (1971), Birisigün, gecayarisi... (1981) and The Last Night of Childhood (1968). He died on 26 August 1983.
