Bob was raised in White Plains, NY, receiving his early acting training in local community theaters and then as a Theatre Major at Dean College and Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. After college, Bob pursued acting in NYC while, waiting tables per usual and training at HB Studios. He worked on soap opera's and did a bit of modeling. Bob then returned to the New England area, raised a family and has been a working as a professional actor for over a decade, including commercial work for Massachusetts Health Connector, TaylorMade Golf and Jos. A Banks' clothier; many television series including 'Julia', 'Kevin Can Go F Himself' and 'City On A Hill'; numerous shorts, including most recently, 'The Painter', 'Shape of Money', 'Ladies Lounge', 'Waiting for Peppino', and 'Grief'. Bob has also been cast in many feature films, including 'By The Sea', 'Ella McCay', 'The Instigators', 'Boston Strangler' and 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody', among others.
Over this time, Bob has had the good fortune of working with many talented actors, directors, writers and crews. Bob takes the responsibly of working on a set very seriously and professionally, respecting all of the collaborative crafts which bring each project to the screen, big and small. Bob strives to continue to grow as an actor through training and by observing all of these talented artists as they do their work at the highest level.
Hopefully, this study will translate into more principal roles down the road, in which Bob might get to utilize some of his other skills including playing piano, guitar, juggling and golf...not at the same time of course!
