Basically, you had two options if you wanted to experience "Cowboys and Aliens" last night. You could have A) found a screening to attend somewhere or B) just followed David Malki's tweets. He apparently got stuck in traffic, missing a screening, and decided to live tweet what he assumed to be happening in the film. The whole thing was too long to fit into the Report today, but you should follow the link on over to his feed and read it.
There were a few fun work tweets in the mix this morning as well. Len Wein had too much fun writing a "Ben 10" script, while Leinil Yu was force to censor his own language after receiving a script from Mark Millar.

"Cowboys and Aliens" pt. 1: @Jon_Favreau How can I go to sleep with Cowboys & Aliens still trending?...

Here’s the timeline: Back in 2005, webcomics artist Ryan North posted a Dinosaur Comics strip in which one of his characters proclaimed he was going to write “the best story ever,” about a world where people can get a blood test that tells them how they will die. Readers started writing and sending in their own version of that best story ever. In 2007, North opened the floor to formal submissions, which he curated with two friends, science-fiction author Matthew Bennardo and Wondermark creator David Malki. On October 26, 2010, they self-published Machine Of Death: A Collection Of Stories ...

It was just another day in the comics Twitterverse last night before the Lakers beat the Celtic to win the NBA Finals. Jon Favreau was shooting "Cowboys and Aliens." Jimmy Palmiotti was contemplating "Jonah Hex," and Alejandro Arbona was contemplating Marvel-related uses for a vuvuzela.
After the Lakers won, however, the calamity ensuing in Los Angeles became the topic of the night. After jump, you can check out who was happy, who was confused, and who was calling the Twitter Report a failure.
I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is your Twitter Report for June 18, 2010.

Super Bowl Xliv led Twitter Report trending last night, and while there was a lot of love for the New Orleans Saints, the halftime show and commercials struck some nerves. Everybody seemed to enjoy Jay Leno's appearance on a sofa with David Letterman, though.
Back in the land of comics talk, chatter about the rumored "Watchmen" sequel was back in play as well, and Brian Michael Bendis and Bryan Hitch have both been inspired. Check out their posts after the jump, along with info on Jon Favreau's dinner with Edgar Wright.
It's all retweeted in the Twitter Report for February 8, 2010.
Super Bowl Xliv pt. 1: @ErikJLarsen The Who is singing "Who are you?" and I'm wondering who are the other guys in that band?
-Erik Larsen, Writer/Artist ("Savage Dragon," "The Amazing Spider-Man")
Super Bowl Xliv pt. 2: @KatzMoney Quick, Mr. Daltry, to the Tardis!
-Jeff Katz, Writer/Producer ("Booster Gold,...

Someone appears to have finally told Stan Lee that Anthony Hopkins will play Odin in "Thor," and he had a thing or two to tweet about it, including what he would like to do in the film when it comes out in 2011. Also on the Marvel movie front, "Iron Man 2" director Jon Favreau expressed dismay over the effect "World of Warcraft" could have on his editing process.
Elsewhere, Bryan Lee O'Malley shared a look at the new Danish-translated "Scott Pilgrim" volume he received, as well as some on-the-fly Google interpretation of Danish. You can find all those tweets after the jump along with Dan Slott on "Micronauts," Jim Lee on the passing of Halloween and a rad custom Mockingbird action figure.
I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter Report for November 6, 2009.
@smilinstanlee I learned that Anthony Hopkins'll play Odin in the Thor movie! There goes my big chance!
