Sean R. Frazier is the author of The Forgotten Years fantasy books and is now apparently an actor, making his debut in Nicole Russin-McFarland's "Pandemic Breakdown" as Phil the hit man. How far will this acting gig go? Nobody knows. It's a mystery within an enigma, wrapped inside a tasty burrito shell.
