- Yumi Masuda is a Japanese director, writer and producer. Born in Tokyo, Japan in 1968. After creating some commercials, she produces and creates YouTube entertainment and educational programs for several years. Being a long time friend of a film director Sion Sono, best known for the film Love Exposure (2008), she became interested in filmmaking and made two short films, Share House 33 (2021) and Teal to Orange (2022) which are both critically acclaimed and won many awards in the world.
