Bella is a writer and director and is currently completing her Bachelor of Creative Arts
at JMC Academy. Her short films completed as an undergraduate include "WENDY,
DARLING", "SOMNIUM" and "LIMERENCE", director on Kent Wang's film
"PETRICHOR" and currently prepping for her next major project titled "THE KEYS TO UNDERSTANDING".
While her passion is to direct and write her own projects, Bella is keen to explore all aspects of filmmaking including cinematography and script supervising. To this end, Bella was accepted as a Camera Attachment with training as a 2nd AC on the 2022 Stan production YEAR OF with DOP Garry Phillips. This experience led to a position as B Cam 2nd AC on the BBC production QUEEN OF OZ with DOP Dan Freene and 2nd AC on the 2023 Screen NSW funded short "CHUM" directed by Jason King. She was also Script editor/Supervisor on the 2022 short film "THE NEW BOYFRIEND" directed by Riley Maguire, which is now in consideration for an AACTA award.
