Tara Sibel is an entrepreneur, producer, and business strategist with a strong track record in media, technology, and finance. She is the co-founder of RIVA Studios, where she oversees the development, production, and strategic growth of original feature films and television series. In December 2024, she played a key role in RIVA Studios' acquisition of TeamTO, one of Europe's leading independent animation studios. Following the acquisition, she joined TeamTO's executive leadership team, focusing on business development, operational strategy, and long-term expansion.
Born in Paris, Tara was raised in Miami, where she developed an early passion for art, philosophy, and design. Before turning 25, she helped build three tech startups, achieving one successful exit and launching a green investment fund. In addition to her entrepreneurial and film ventures, she is a published author, having written three books.
On the creative front, Tara is co-writing and directing her own animated film, Yellow Cello and The Sea of Memories, bringing her unique storytelling vision to the screen. She also played a key production role in the feature film Forza, serving as Producer, Set Designer, and Costume Designer. Beyond her business and production work, she enjoys acting and voice acting for fun, further embracing the artistic side of storytelling.
