Samir El-Taer was born on 15 April 1949 in Cairo, Egypt. Samir was a writer, known for Al Shaytana alty Ahbatny (1990), Ah... Wa Ah men Sharbat (1992) and Ashtatan Ashtoot (2004). Samir was married to Lubna. Samir died on 25 February 2008 in Cairo, Egypt.
