More than two decades after Holes was released in movie theaters, the feature film by Walt Disney Pictures is set to be rebooted for the small screen.
Per Variety, it has been reported that the 2003 movie Holes is getting rebooted at Disney+. The streamer has reportedly put in a pilot order for a reboot series that's based on the original book of the same name by author Louis Sachar. Holes, the classic 2003 Disney film that played on every kid's television screen at some point, is being remade by the studio's streaming service because nothing is truly sacred in today's world. Based on a book by the same name, Holes starred Shia Labeouf as a teenager who is sent to a detention camp in Texas for a crime he didn't commit, as well as Khleo Thomas, who played Zero, a fellow prisoner. The adored adventure film is getting a television remake courtesy of Disney+, but with a major twist or two.
According to Variety, Disney+ has greenlit a pilot for a series based on the award-winning 1998 book Holes by Louis Sachar. The upcoming reboot will "reimagine" the original story with a gender-swapped protagonist from writer and executive producer Alina Mankin. Yellowjackets and The Strain producer Liz Phang is set to serve as showrunner. Meanwhile, Drew Goddard, who is directing Matrix 5,...

Godzilla's role as the King of the Monsters is threatened by the appearance of a powerful new kaiju named Zoospora in Godzilla: The War for Humanity #2. Despite the danger posed by Zoospora, Godzilla hesitates to fight back because he prioritizes protecting his young son, Minilla, who is not yet capable of handling the threats on his own. Godzilla's refusal to engage in battle with Zoospora is also motivated by the risk of being corrupted by the kaiju's mind-altering powers, which would have disastrous consequences for both humanity and his own son.
Warning! This article contains spoilers for Godzilla: The War for Humanity #2 While it’s been established that Godzilla is the King of the Monsters and the strongest kaiju on Planet Earth, it looks like there’s a new alpha Titan that has seemingly usurped Godzilla’s throne. Something like this would normally spark an immediate and ferocious response from Godzilla himself,...

Godzilla is the strongest Titan because he is unpredictable and doesn't follow the natural patterns of other kaiju. A new villain, Zoospora, is introduced in Godzilla: The War for Humanity #2 and poses a major threat to Godzilla and other kaiju. Godzilla and Zoospora are both in the same caste as Titans who are totally unpredictable, making their upcoming conflict even more intense.
Warning! This article contains spoilers for Godzilla: The War for Humanity #2 Out of all the Titans introduced in Godzilla lore, the titular King of the Monsters himself is the most powerful one. While that seems like a given, especially considering his widely-known moniker, one of the most recent Godzilla stories actually delves into why he’s the strongest. It’s revealed that there are actually 3 distinct types of kaiju in the world, despite the countless variations among them, and Godzilla is practically in a caste of his own.
