Manel Lopez is a Production Sound Mixer / Sound Recordist for Feature films, TV Dramas and TVC productions and has been for over 20 years.
Formally trained, Manel graduated with a Bachelor of Film, Majoring in Sound from Barcelona University (ESCAC), Spain in 1999. His early career was spent in editing and booming, before turning to full time sound recording in 2011. As a result, Manel has excellent knowledge, experience and understanding of the end to end needs in sound for the screen.
Getting the job done with minimum fuss while respecting the actor's performance is the main goal of Manel's work, as well as getting as many options as possible to help the post-production process.
Manel is based in Melbourne, has resided in Australia since 2003 and holds Australian and Spanish citizenship.
