    Niece of Charles de Gaulle and granddaughter of Pierre Gourdon, she was a Résistante and captured, sent to Ravensbruck. She was an author and later longtime president of anti poverty org ATD Quart monde. For all her lifework, she was interred in the Panthéon on 27 May 2015 with her colleagues Pierre Brossolette and Germaine Tillion and Education minister Jean Zay. She is parents with Bernard of Michel Anthonioz.
