Phyllis Cameron Ung is an actor, writer, poet, and director based in Toronto, Canada. Her on-screen credits include Mayday (Air Crash Investigation), the award-winning animated short Monkey On My Back, and Drake's "Falling Back" music video directed by Director X. She has also appeared in national campaigns for Canadian Tire, Mark's, Toronto Raptors, and more. Phyllis is drawn to nuanced stories that highlight diverse and complex characters.
Phyllis has also been the recipient of multiple grants and funding from organizations such as BIPOC Film & TV and Guild Festival Theatre.
Prior to delving into the creative world, she was a management consultant for some of the world's largest alternative asset managers. She completed her undergraduate science degree from McMaster University and her master's degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, with a focus on economics and finance.
