Chef Jozef Youssef is a celebrity chef, culinary innovator and sensory experience designer redefining the boundaries between food, science, emotion and culture. As the founder of Kitchen Theory-an award-winning sensory design studio-he has pioneered the field of multi sensory and immersive food experience since 2013, blending fine dining with psychology, flavor anthropology, and design-led storytelling.

Jozef has worked in some of London's most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, including The Connaught and The Dorchester. Today, he is globally recognized for designing high-profile brand experiences for the likes of Audi, Siemens and Cartier, as well as his academic work, having over 29 published research papers with Oxford University and Imperial College London, where he explores the future of food through research, education, and immersive experience design.
