Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jeff's proximity to the film industry sparked his passion for photography at a young age. He honed his skills as a photographer and worked as a props assistant and armorer, gaining hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.

In 2004, he joined the United States Army and deployed to Ramadi, Iraq as a designated marksman and team leader with the 101st Airborne. Upon his return, he resumed his work in the entertainment industry as a union prop master and armorer.

With a love for filmmaking, Jeff founded Echosworld, a production company, establishing himself as a highly sought-after producer and cinematographer. He has collaborated with top artists such as Nipsey Hussle, The Game, Ty Dolla, Snoop Dogg, and others, shooting over 80 music videos.

In addition to his music video work, Jeff also produces, shoots, and develops commercials, shorts, and feature films, including "Mayberry Avenue," "Navy Seals vs. Zombies," and "Invasion." He is also dedicated to giving back to the veteran community, helping veterans break into the motion picture industry as actors, producers, and directors.
