Donald Rizzo

Donald Rizzo was born and raised in New Hyde Park, on Long Island, N.Y. He is of Italian/Sicilian & Scottish/Irish descent. A character actor, he tends to play the unusual, quirky, and often eccentric roles.
A graduate of the Atlantic Theater Company's Acting Conservatory in N.Y.C. He has completed the core track Improv program (Beg, Int, & Adv) and is currently studying sketch writing at The Groundlings in Los Angeles. Also trained at LA On Camera Training Center.
Film Credits include: "Let Go" opposite Kevin Hart; "Choke" opposite Sam Rockwell, Brad William Henke & Clark Gregg, for which Donald won a Best Ensemble Cast award at the Sundance Film Festival; "Park Sharks" which was an official selection at Dances With Films and "Me, You and a Mushroom" which screened at the Cannes Film Festival, having premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
On Stage Credits include: "Tape" in the Hollywood Fringe, nominated for a LADCC Award; Moving Arts Car Plays: "The Love of Make Believe" which ran at La Jolla Playhouse as part of the WOW Festival; "The Runner" at R.E.D.C.A.T. with RADAR LA.
