NBC recently brought back Suits with an all-new offshoot with the launch of the new TV show Suits LA. Now, they are returning to the USA Network well to revive another hit series from the past.

Per Deadline, NBC is reviving Royal Painswith original star Mark Feuerstein set to reprise his role as Dr. Henry "Hank" Lawson. Feuerstein is also on board as an executive producer for the project. The new series is said to be set several years after the original show's finale, which aired in 2016. It will pick up wiht Hank "searching for a new purpose in life, about to embark on his biggest project yet." No other plot details or cast members have been confirmed.

The original Royal Pains was created by Andrew Lenchewski and John P. Rogers. The show followed Hank Lawson, an expert diagnostic surgeon who works as a concierge doctor to the uber rich in the Hamptons.

The original series, which ran on the USA Network from 2009 to 2016, followed a former New York ER doctor who moves to the Hamptons to open a concierge practice targeting the ultra-rich. In the reboot, which takes place several years later, Hank is “searching for a new purpose in life” and is “about to embark on his biggest project yet.”

“Royal Pains” co-creator Andrew Lenchewski and executive producer Michael Rauch will write the new series, and they will serve as EPs alongside Feuerstein and original series alum Rich Frank. The reboot hails from UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group, and will air on NBC, should it get picked up to series.

“Royal Pains” starred Paulo Costanzo, Reshma Shetty, Jill Flint, Campbell Scott and Brooke D’Orsay, among others.

Royal Pains has a pulse after all: NBC is developing a revival of the USA Network medical dramedy, according to our sister site Deadline, with star Mark Feuerstein returning to reprise his role.

Original co-creator Andrew Lenchewski will return as a writer and executive producer, along with Michael Rauch, who was a writer, director and EP on the original series. Besides Feuerstein, though, no original cast members are attached to return at this point.

The network is developing a sequel to Royal Pains, a medical dramedy that ran for eight seasons on USA from 2009-16. Mark Feuerstein, is set to reprise his role as Dr. Hank Lawson, a surgeon who joined his brother (Paulo Costanzo) as a concierge doctor for wealthy residents of the Hamptons, and will also be an executive producer.

The Hallmark Channel is headed to Britain this Christmas for a jolly holiday.

The network has cast Will Kemp (“The Christmas Waltz”) and Reshma Shetty (“Blind Spot”) in its upcoming original movie “Jolly Good Christmas,” which will premiere during its annual Countdown to Christmas programming event.

The movie was shot entirely on location, from residential areas in the north west of the city to Piccadilly Circus, and promises lots of glimpses of iconic London landmarks. Season three of the DreamWorks animated fantasy series “She-Ra and the Princesses of Power” will be available for streaming on Netflix on Aug. 2. Geena Davis will join the show in a recurring guest role as Huntara, the leader of the Crimson Waste who reluctantly helps the show’s heroes on a new quest. DreamWorks Animation has locked in Oscar winner Geena Davis for a recurring guest role on She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, the GLAAD- and Emmy-nominated Netflix original series that returns August 2 with its Season 3 adventures.

The casting coup was announced by executive producer Noelle Stevenson during a fireside chat with Davis at the Bentonville Film Festival. The announced theme of that stage conversation: a panel discussing representation and inclusion in entertainment titled “She for She: Power of the Pack.”

Davis voices a character named Huntara, the imposing de facto leader of the Crimson Waste, who reluctantly helps Adora, Glimmer and Bow on a quest. Davis may have a special affinity for the sword-and-sandal scene as an elite archer in her personal life. Davis famously took up archery at age 41 and proved to be such a savant that, just two years later, she narrowly missed on her bid to compete on the U.

The first trailer for the upcoming second season of “She-Ra and the Princesses of Power” has been revealed, and the Princess Rebellion is gaining ground in its fight against the Evil Horde.

The new season sees Adora accepting her identity as She-Ra, leader of the Princess Alliance while embarking on a quest of self-discovery to learn more about her past and her future. With She-Ra’s former pal Catra rising the ranks of the Evil Horde, the rebellion must fight to thwart her next attack.

She-Ra’s ally Glimmer added that the rebellion will “handle this the way we always do — by sticking together and never giving up.”

To celebrate the earlier release, DreamWorks has released a new trailer unveiling never-before-seen footage and a preview of the series theme song titled “Warriors.”

Earlier this year it was announced that Netflix would be developing a new animated series based on the classic 80s cartoon She-Ra. The new fantasy series will be called She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and today we have a piece of poster art to share with you along with the list of actors who have been cast to voice the series.

The series is being developed by Noelle Stevenson, who wasn't even born when the original series debuted in 1985. But, she still loves the characters and what they represent. While talking to EW, she said:

It’s a small world, especially when it comes to show world. Therefore to no one’s surprise the high-profile business manager Reshma Shetty who was unceremoniously sacked by Salman Khan after years of splendid management, is now looking after the career of Abhishek Bachchan.
