Former Judge Dredd artist Brett Ewins will attend a bail hearing in a fortnight ahead of his trial over charges of GBH. The British illustrator, who has a history of mental illness, is being detained in Wormwood Scrubs following an incident at his Ealing home in which he is alleged to have attacked police officers with a knife. Ewins required hospital treatment following the clash, and lay in a coma for a week.
