Two muscular participants had America’s Got Talent judges Mel B and Sofia Vergara genuinely rattled after pulling them on stage for a stunt that quickly turned dangerous. The men in question, Darien Johnson and Scott Mathison, turned the entire set into a gym and began tossing massive barbells, not just between themselves but over the heads of the two judges as well. The couple’s slow-motion video begins with Derek walking towards his wife and the two embrace. As Hayley wraps her arms around her husband, her baby bump came into view and her hand held out a string of sonogram images. “We can’t believe the biggest thing to happen to us could be so small,” Hayley wrote in the caption. “I’m sick of talking. I think we should all dance now,” Erivo announced to the starry crowd, after being handed a mic while sitting on top of a banquette in a short black taffeta dress.

At the party, aptly named Cyn City, the Wicked star led a crowd up to the second floor of the famed New York venue, where a dance circle formed around her as Abba’s “Gimme Gimme” played. Dancers included Julianne Hough; Danielle Brooks, who starred in The Color Purple on Broadway with Erivo; Adrienne Warren, currently starring in The Last Five Years on Broadway; Dylan Mulvaney; and Lena Waithe, as the music transitioned to Beyoncé tunes and other pop hits.

The Critics Choice Association has revealed its nominees for the 2025 Critics Choice Real TV Awards: The Traitors, once again, led the nominations.

The show earned six nominations overall, including best competition series, best ensemble cast in an unscripted series and best show host for Alan Cumming. At last year’s awards show, The Traitors was the big winner, taking home four trophies.

Peacock’s The Traitors connived its way to a leading six nominations for the seventh annual Critics Choice Real TV Awards, which were revealed this morning. ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and Bravo’s Top Chef are next with four apiece. See the list of all 19 categories below.

Winners will be revealed May 20 online at CriticsChoice.com.

Good news for fans of reality television. The Critics Choice Association has unveiled its nominees for the seventh annual Critics Choice Real TV Awards.

This year's nominations were paced by The Traitors, which received six overall bids, including Best Competition Series and Best Ensemble Cast. Host Alan Cumming was also recognized in the Male Star of the Year category, as was Dylan Efron. Gabby Windey received a nomination for Female Star of the Year. Last year, The Traitors won four awards from the Critics Choice Real TV Awards, including Best Competition Series.

Following closely behind The Traitors, with four nominations each, were Dancing With the Stars and Top Chef.

The Traitors follows up its four wins in 2024 with six 2025 Critics Choice Real TV Awards nominations. The popular reality competition series is nominated for Best Competition Series, Best Ensemble Cast in an Unscripted Series, Best Show Host (Alan Cumming), Female Star of the Year (Gabby Windey), and two Male Star of the Year nods.

Dancing with the Stars and Top Chef each picked up four nominations. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 9am Pt/12pm Et.

Siblings Julianne Hough and Derek Hough have been with Dancing With the Stars since Season 4 and Season 5, respectively. Pro dancers Alan Bersten, Brandon Armstrong, Britt Stewart, Daniella Karagach, Emma Slater, Ezra Sosa, Gleb Savchenko, Pasha Pashkov, and Rylee Arnold were joined by runner-up Ilona Maher (Olympic rugby player), third-place finisher Chandler Kinney (actress and singer), and fourth-place contestant Stephen Nedoroscik (Olympic gymnast) for an afternoon of ballroom dancing at the Dolby Theatre.

Season 30's fourth-place finalist Amanda Kloots moderated the panel, which welcomed judge Derek Hough, cohost Julianne Hough, pro dancer/mirrorball champion Jenna Johnson, and The Bachelor star/mirrorball champion Joey Graziadei. Since its debut in 2005, Dancing With the Stars has been nominated for 124 Emmy Awards and won 21 trophies, including four for Derek Hough for choreography.

Studio And Release Date

The Bride! is not set up at Universal Pictures, so this isn’t an official remake of The Bride of Frankenstein, it’s a play on the same concepts found in Mary Shelley’s 1818 novel Frankenstein that inspired the 1935 film.
