JJ Osbun is an award-winning & congressionally-recognized filmmaker. In 2021 he was named President of Monarex Hollywood, a 50+ year-old production company, when his business partner, Chris D. Nebe, passed.
Since, Monarex has expanded its scope of operations to the domestic US after spending two decades focused on China. The more diverse slate of projects include feature films, such as "Don't Tear Yourself Apart" (2022), directed by P. Tavares.
Additionally notable that in 2018 Osbun and Julia Jackson built a climate solutions summit and organization, Grounded.org
